She worked as a representative at Mizrahi Bank in Argentina and later served as Director of the Economic Department in Brit Pikuach, the largest accounting firm that serves Kibbutzim.<\/p><p>Ms. Bogoslawsky is the former CEO of Zemach, a NIS 2 billion company in northern Israel, where she led the merger of \u201cZemach Regional Industries\u201d and \u201cShaan Regional Industries.\u201d She is also the former Chairperson of Yacham, Israel\u2019s largest root vegetable producer, a cooperative company of Kibbutzim and Moshavim in the South as well as former Executive Director at Taavura Holdings.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1913\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1913\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Mr. Avi Hochman, Board Member<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1913\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1913\"><p>Mr. Avi Hochman was the CEO of ISS Israel,\u00a0and served as President &amp; CEO of Gaon Holdings Group LTD and as President &amp; CEO of Israeli Postal Company Corp.<\/p><p>Avi also served as CFO of Netafim LTD., Executive Vice President &amp; CFO, Netia Holding SA (NTIA) and Vice President &amp; CFO of Bezeq, The Israeli Telecommunications Corp., there he was also acting CEO in 1997.<\/p><footer class=\"entry-footer\"><div class=\"entry-edit\">\u00a0<\/div><\/footer><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1914\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1914\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Ms. Dorit Maoz, Board Member<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1914\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1914\"><p>In her previous position in the IDF, Dorit, who holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel was the Commander of the Yigal Alon Center for Education (Mihve Alon). Throughout her service the majority of the positions she held were in the field of education, in different corps, mainly the Education Corps.<\/p><p>Dorit has management, training and leadership skills, the ability to run large and complex projects and to motivate and lead teams. \u00a0She has extensive and unique experience in working with populations with unique needs (such as new immigrants, minorities, intellectually handicapped and populations from low socio-economic backgrounds). She holds a MA in Management and Leadership in Education (Tel Aviv University, Executive Program for Principals), and a BA in Administration, Education Policy and Jewish history from Bar Ilan University.<\/p><p>Dorit is active in several non-profit organizations related to consulting, education and management.
